Where is our refund? The Trump administration is now being forced to return billions of dollars to corporations for his illegal tariffs. This has to be one of the biggest corporate welfare scams in our history. They are charged a tariff which is passed on to the American consumer as a tax. Like suckers we have to pay for Trump's ignorant fiscal policy through higher prices.  We cover the extra cost that the corporations endured importing their products and when they receive the refunds for the tariffs we get screwed over again. They will never lower their prices and we will be stuck paying higher prices to satiate the never ending appetite for corporate profits. When will the American consumer wake up to the reality of being exploited at every level of this economic system? We have billions to fight foreign wars and yet we find it impossible to feed hungry children in our own country.  We are struggling financially and all we get is being shamed for asking to be included into the American dream of financial security. This country is in horrible shape and until people realize that our politicians are selling out our interest to an ideology that only cares about the wealthy we will slowly become mere peasants that are standing in bread lines. The next time you are shopping in a store see how many people are smiling and or seem happy. Sadly, the vast majority of us are miserable and are barely keeping our heads above water.
